How to set up a custom Global Footer

Anyone who owns Divi Den Pro and wants to know how to set up a custom Global Footer.
NOTE: Since Divi 4.0 it is possible to use the Divi Theme Builder for this. See the video tutorial at the bottom of this article.

Set up a Footer
Go to Divi Den Pro dashboard and select Layout finder tab.
From the filters options, toggle Divi sections and select the Footers option.
By clicking the "Save" button save the sections you like.
Select the Theme Builder tab. Then select the Plugin Theme Builder tab and launch the customizer:
Toggle Divi Den Pro Global Settings > Global Footer
From the Dropdown menu, select the layout you would like to use and hit the Publish button.
Customizing
You can customize any of the existing footers by going to Divi > Divi Library. Open the footer that you would like to modify and make your changes using the Divi page builder.
Create your own custom Footer template
You can also easily create your own footer template. Go to Pages > Add New to create a new page. Then, add a new section and add any content you would like.
Once you have done adding the content, hover the section and Save the section to the library.
You can give your section any name, but it has to contain the "footer" word. For example: My Custom Footer.
